What is the reason for plastic injection mold sticking?

The reasons for plastic injection mould to stick may include the following:

1. The surface of the plastic injection mold is stained with dirt: such as oil, dust, attachments, etc. These dirt will affect the release performance of the mold, resulting in the phenomenon of sticking.

2.Mold temperature anomaly: whether it is too high or too low, it may lead to thermal decomposition or incomplete curing of the plastic material, resulting in adhesion to the plastic injection mould.

3. Mold surface aging or wear: covered with aging or worn plastic film will make the mold surface lose smoothness, and then cause sticky mold.
Unreasonable mold design: If the protruding part of the mold surface is too small, or the drawing force is insufficient in the mold design, it will lead to the mold sticking.
4. Improper mold surface treatment: insufficient processing quality or improper surface treatment of the mold surface will make the mold surface rough and increase the risk of sticking.
5. Improper material selection: If the selected mould material is not enough wear resistance and hardness, it may also cause the mold surface to stick.
