The process of the plastic injection molding design:

1) Analyze the drawings of the plastic injection parts.

2) Design the plastic mould dimension. Checking whether the customer has requirements for the injection machine specifications to determine the size range of the mold.

3) Design the number and position of mold cavity according to the plastic parts and quotation.

4) Design the parting surface of the plastic parts.

5) Confirm the structure position of the slide and shaft of the plastic product.

6) Design the Gating system of the mould.

7) Design the plastic injection mold structure of the insert.

8) Design the Ejection Pin and reset system.

9) Design the Cooling and heating system.

10) Design the guiding and positioning device of the plastic injection molding.

11) Confirm the stell material of the mould base .

12) Confirm the materials of the mold steel.

13) Complete the plastic mould structure drawing, mold drawing and plastic material.

14) Finally complete the mold drawing, Double check.
