The dimensional design of the plastic injection mould:

1) If plastic plastic products with high appearance requirements and low dimensional accuracy requirements, such as toys, etc., in addition to the specific size, the rest of the size can be matched well.

2) If products with strict requirements for appearance and size:

1. Whether the draft angle of plastic parts is reasonable.

2. Whether the wall thickness of the plastic injection products is even.

3. Plastic material type. ABS,PP, PC, PA have different shrinkage ratte. ( We can design the shrinkage rate according to the mould materials and plastic materials)

4. Surface requirements, the surface is Polish or texture of the plastic products.

The draft is different of the polish and texture surface.

5. Color of plastic products.
Under normal circumstances, the color has no direct influence on the mold design. When the wall of the product is thick and the product size is large, it is easy to shrink and the color is uneven. The darker the color, the more obvious the defects of the plastic injection products are exposed.
